Presidents' Day in 2011 is on Monday, the 21st of February. It is always celebrated on the third Monday of February in United States. This day is celebrated in honor of George Washington, the first President of the United States and also observe state holiday in a number of states.
Initially it was implemented by an Act of Congress in 1879 for government offices in the District of Columbia. Washington's Birthday is also the name given for this federal holiday and people give celebrate it with true respect for their beloved presidents!
